You must have a 11 digit Customer Id which you have to put in the registration site for EBILL registration.
Step 1: Go to www.cesc.co.in or below link for the registration page details:
https://www.cesc.co.in/consinfo/lt_ebill_register_start.jsp
Step 2: Above link will take you to the EBILL Registration page and you will see "Please enter for LT Consumers".
Step 3: Type your 11 digit Customer Id in the white box . ( you can also see in the picture above)
Step 4: Then press the "Enter" button and you will successfully get registered to EBILL registration.
