Following are the steps to be followed on the BC printer to achieve printing on continuous stationary for BC

TO CREATE A FORM

• Start-settings-printer and fax.
• From the menu of the title bar-file –server properties-create new form.
• Here set the width as 9.00 inches and the height as 3.66 inches. 
• Give the name as BC for the form and save the form.

TO MAKE THE CREATED FORM AS DEFAULT

• Right click on printer name (i.e.-start settings –printer and fax)--->properties>general->printing preferences->advanced.
• Apply the newly created form at the paper output ->paper size.

• Likewise apply the same form at advanced properties->printing defaults and device settings.
• If the newly created form is not being added to the existing forms. Check the driver properties->advanced. Select the driver as Epson LQ-1050+ from the drop down.

Applying these settings at the branches will solve the BC printing issues faced.
