Step 2: Then in right side of you webpage there have an option called "Apply for Corrections".
Step 3: Then another box will open , there you can see a small registration form for create account, and there also have a log in account for those whose already have an account. for log in registration system will say:

* Enter Your Mobile No. :
*Enter Your Email Id:
Step 4: After filled up all the field click on "Proceed" button. After clicking the "Proceed" button system will send you a verification code to your mobile and email id also. System will ask for "Enter Verification code".
Step 5: After putting the verification code click on "Proceed" button. After that you will see a registration form will appear which is called "FORM 8".
Step 6: Carefully put all the correct information , upload photos, address and the other stuff and submit it.
