Reprint Acknowledgement Form/Apply For Government ID (Profession Tax)

Apply / Reprint Acknowledgement URL - http://egov.wbcomtax.gov.in/PT_GovernmentID/

Applying for Government ID for first time ?
1. Click on "Application for Government ID".

2. After that click on "Continue" button.

3. A popup will be open for confirmation says "This section is only for the Government officers whose disburse salary/wages".

4. If you are in the category then click on "Confirm" button.

5. After that select your category selection.

• Government of India.
• A State Government (Other State)
• Government Of West Bengal

6. If you select Government of India then a form you have to fill up called "Principal Info".

7. Fill up the form perfectly and you will successfully applied for Government ID.

You want to Reprint Acknowledgement Application?
1. Click on "Reprint Acknowledgement".

2. After that click on "Continue" button.

3. A popup box will be open put the below details-

• Application Number
• Mobile Number

4. After that click on "Submit" button.
