2. Put the valid information in this following fields.

Name Of Transporter
Valid MD Name (Less Than 100 Characters)
Your Name (Less Than 100 Characters)
Your Door Number (Less Than 75 Characters)
Your Building Name (Less Than 75 Characters)
Your Locality Details (Less Than 75 Characters)
Your City Name (Less Than 75 Characters)
Your State Name (Less Than 75 Characters)
Your District Name
Your PIN Number
Your Mobile Number
Your Aadhaar Number
Your PAN Number
Upload Your Aadhaar And PAN Scanned Copy (Scanned Copy Should Be Less Than 30kb.)
Your User ID
Your Valid Email ID

3. After that click on "Submit" button.
