My self Ratnamala Roy I have not received August2016 bill for payment.But all on a sudden you served a bill for sept 2016 saying "Neglected to pay Aug 2016 bill"
along with notice of " Disconnection". I tried to get the the bill of A/C month Aug2016 to day to know the bill status online .But failed.
