You have to ensure that you must have Acrobat Reader is installed in your PC or machine. If not then download the Acrobat Reader by click the below link-

After installation Acrobat Reader in your machine follow the steps-

Step 1: Go to this link- https://www.cesc.co.in/newcopybill/copybill_new_input.jsp

Step 2: After that put your 11 digit Consumer Number.

Step 3: After that select month as per your last bill or E-Receipt or SMS.

Step 4: After that put the captcha code which will be given in the generated picture.

Step 5: Then click on "Generate Duplicate Bill"
